Resignation of Mr. Gordon Giang Zhao-Yu as
Director of the Company.
B. Reason for the changes in the composition of the
Board of Directors:
The changes in the composition of the Board of
Directors resulted from the resignation of Mr.
Gordon Giang Zhao-Yu as Director of the
Company as approved at the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGMS") of the
Company on Monday, 2 December 2024.
4. The impact of the event, fact or Due to the resignation of Mr. Gordon Giang Zhao-Yu
material information to the operational as Director of the Company, Mr. Jeffrey Halim as Vice
activity, legal, financial condition or President Director, will assume Mr. Gordon Giang
the business sustainability of the Zhao-Yu's authorities and responsibilities as Board of
issuer or Public Company Director’s member in charge of finance and
accounting.
5. Other Information In connection with the resignation of Mr. Gordon Giang
Zhao-Yu as Director of the Company, therefore the
composition of the Board of Directors of the Company
has changed to become as follows:
