Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 3 Desember 2024, 29Metals telah
mengumumkan penawaran atas penerbitan saham baru
sebesar AU$180.000.000 (seratus delapan puluh juta Dolar
Australia) (Penerbitan Saham Baru). Informasi sehubungan
dengan Penerbitan Saham Baru telah diumumkan oleh
29Metals di situs web Bursa Efek Australia.
BUMA SG bermaksud untuk berpartisipasi dan akan
melaksanakan seluruh haknya atas penawaran hak memesan
efek secara pro rata yang tidak dapat ditarik kembali
(Penawaran Hak Memesan Efek) sebesar AU$62.073.684,99
(enam puluh dua juta tujuh puluh tiga ribu enam ratus delapan
puluh empat dolar dan sembilan puluh sembilan sen Dolar
Australia) dengan harga penyertaan sebesar AU$0,27 (dua
puluh tujuh sen Dolar Australia) per saham (Penyertaan
Saham).

Description of Material Information or On 3 December 2024, 29Metals has announced an offer for
Facts the issuance of new shares of AU$180,000,000 (one hundred
and eighty million Australian Dollars) (the Issuance of New
Shares). Information related to Issuance of New Shares has
been announced by 29Metals in Australian Securities
Exchange.
BUMA SG has committed to exercise its right to take-up its full
pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer)
in the amount of AU$62,073,684.99 (sixty-two million, seventy-
three thousand, six hundred eighty-four dollars and ninety-nine
cents Australian Dollar) with subscription price of AU$0.27
(twenty-seven cent Australian Dollar) per share (Subscription
of Shares).
