4. SUMMARY OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Dinar – IDX Channel / iNews Group
Questions :
a. How does management view the government’s plan for a 12 percent VAT policy? Is there
any potential impact on increased costs?
Page 2
b. Dodes the sentiment of declining purchasing power affect revenue and potentially reduce
FY24 revenue? How does management perceiver this?
c. What are the estimated revenue and profit for FY24?
Answers :
Eko Pujianto – President Director
a. This will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the broader Indonesian community,
particularly for businesses, as the 12% VAT will certainly increase the burden on
customers. In response, SKB Food or the Company has anticipated this by implementing
innovative and creative strategies. We will adjust our gap accordingly, aiming to mitigate
any negative impacts. We hope that this government policy will also bring positive
effects, as it should be viewed from both the perspective of challenges and the need to
support such initiatives.
b. The sentiment regarding declining purchasing power is indeed a concern and a
challenge, especially if there are policies that increase the public's financial burden. This
will also be a shared challenge for the Company. We acknowledge that a decline in
purchasing power exists, and in response, we have implemented strategies, including
expanding our product range. For example, we have supplemented our conventional rice
products with organic rice and other offerings to broaden our market share, ensuring the
Company continues to achieve positive outcomes despite government policy changes.
c. We remain optimistic, and based on our calculations, we expect continued growth in
performance compared to previous years. Although the growth may not be significant,
we have projected improvements in both revenue and net profit.
2. Velliq Arsapranata – Pemegang Saham
Questions :
What is the revenue target for 2025?
Answers :
Aditya Permono – Director of Finance and Business
Our projected revenue target for 2025 is not set too high, but we will strive for it to exceed
2024 levels. In 2025, we will focus on optimizing partnerships mentioned in the presentation.
These partners currently contribute a small portion to our revenue, but we have taken
strategic steps and developed a new roadmap for 2025. This includes enhancing and
optimizing both existing and new brands. As franchise optimization increases, it will also
impact our food supply, with the Company supporting raw materials. We estimate a revenue
increase of around 10% to 15.5% compared to 2024.

3. Agung – Publik
Questions:
Is there a plan for dividend distribution?
Answers :
Eko Pujianto – President Director
Regarding the dividend distribution, we need to explain that SKB Food (RAFI) has already
distributed dividends for the 2023 fiscal year. For the 2024 fiscal year, we are currently
calculating with the board of directors to determine if we can distribute dividends again.
Essentially, when the Company's performance improves, thanks to the support of various
parties, including shareholders, we certainly want to ensure that the benefits are optimally
felt by all parties, especially the shareholders who have supported RAFI. So, please pray
that we can distribute dividends for the 2024 fiscal year, and we hope to be able to do so.
4. Annisa – Bisnis Indonesia
Questions :
a. What are SKB Food’s revenue and net profit target for 2025, and what is the expected
percentage growth?
b. What are SKB Food’s expansion plans for 2025?
c. What is the capital expenditure budgeted by SKB Food for 2025? What will it be used
for, and what are the funding sources?
Answers :
Eko Pujianto – President Director
a. For our target, we have a conservative growth target of around 5-10% in both revenue
and net profit margin for 2025.
b. Our strategy for 2025 is optimistic. SKB Food will focus on expanding and increasing
distribution points to support the Company’s business activities, specifically the food and
beverage raw material supply chain, starting from Java and then expanding to Sumatra.
We have planned to add several cold storage warehouses and strengthen our frozen
distribution chain. This is a potential area that we can maximize to supply fresh food raw
materials, from upstream to being enjoyed by food services such as restaurants, hotels,
cafes, SMEs, and other businesses—not only in cities but also in regions throughout
Indonesia.
Rizki Rahmat R – Director Risk Management and Compliance
c. The capital expenditure budgeted for 2025, with the target of increasing sales in 2025,
will result in a capital expenditure allocation of approximately 5-15%. The funding sources
will come from net profit and financing sources through banking facilities. Additionally, for
development, we may build several cold storage units or maximize existing production
warehouses, such as rice storage in our subsidiary units. Furthermore, for the

development of restaurant management, we will focus on optimizing our subsidiary, PT
Lazizaa Rahmat Semesta.
5. Suryawan – Public

Mrs. Nilamsari decided to step down from management due to other, larger
responsibilities.
