Indenture tertanggal 12 September 2022
(“Indenture”) (“Penebusan”).
On 29 November 2024, the Company has
redeemed its 9.500% fixed rate senior notes due
2026 issued by the Company and guaranteed by
the Company’s guarantor subsidiaries (the “2026
Notes”) pursuant to the Indenture dated 5 August
2021, as amended lastly by the Second
Supplemental Indenture dated 12 September
2022 (the “Indenture”) (the “Redemption”).
