Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Ibu Liana Lim untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Penunjukan KAP dan AP tersebut telah disetujui oleh Pemegang Saham dalam Keputusan Sirkuler Pemegang Saham
dengan mempertimbangkan usulan Dewan Komisaris. Usulan penunjukan yang diajukan oleh Dewan Komisaris telah
memperhatikan rekomendasi Komite Audit.
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik KAP Imelda & Rekan
(saat ini bernama KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan) yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama
Periode tahun buku 01 Januari 2023 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 November 2024 Based on: GMS Approval ,
The Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: KAP Liana Ramon Xenia & Rekan with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mrs. Liana Lim To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending
on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The appointment of KAP and AP has been approved by the Shareholders in the Shareholders' Circular Resolution by
considering the proposal of the Board of Commissioners. The appointment proposal submitted by the Board of
Commissioners has considered the recommendations of the Audit Committee.
Previously for the audit of financial statements, the Company used the services of the Public Accounting Firm KAP
Imelda and Partners (currently named KAP Liana Ramon Xenia and Partners) which has audited the Company's
financial statements for the period of January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
