agenda of the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders June,12 2026 which decided to
dismiss Mr. Teddi Budiman from his position
as President commissioner and appointed Mr.
Nurdin Bustam as the New president
commisioner of the company.

of the Board of Directors and Board of
