Pada tanggal 9 September 2026, Asiamet mengumumkan Description of Material Information | penyelesaian penjualan seluruh kepemilikannya di Indokal Limited kepada or Facts Norin Mining (Hong Kong) Limited (“Transaksi”). Asiamet merupakan perusahaan publik yang sahamnya tercatat pada AIM Market di Bursa Efek London. Sedangkan Indokal Limited merupakan anak perusahaan yang dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh Asiamet dan memiliki 10096 0 atas proyek Kalimantan Surya Kencana (Proyek KSK).

The Company owns 44.1596 of Asiamet Resources Limited (“Asiamet”). On 9 September 2026, Asiamet announced that it had completed the sale of its entire interest in Indokal Limited to Norin Mining (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Transaction”). Asiamet is a public company listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. While Indokal Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asiamet that holds a 1005 interest in the Kalimantan Surya Kencana project (KSK Project).
