Business Activities
Coal and Mineral Mining Services
The Company provides coal mining services which
include land clearing, top soil management, drilling,
blasting, overburden removal, overburden dumping,
mining, run of mine, transportation, crushing,
barging, as well as vegetation and rehabilitation.
Port Management Services
The Company provides port management services
covering operational activities for the coal crushing and
blending
process, coal stockpile management service at the port,
maintenance of electricity generator and the supporting
equipment, & port equipment maintenance service.
Mining Infrastructure and Other Services
The Company also provides road and bridge
construction for mining areas, mining dressing plant
installation, earthworks, drilling exploration, land
preparation, machinery repair for special purposes,
and civil consultant management services.

Improvement Project Initiatives
Darma Henwa initiated a new improvement program in 2024 to standardize mining operation
towards achieving Good Mining Practice (“GMP”) .
By Q3 2024, pilot project of this program in KPC Project had delivered improvement in Productivity
and better mining sequences.

In addition, Hauler Speed Improvement project is carried out by redesigning mine access road,
enhancing road material hardness and standardizing road width. This improvement resulted in
notable efficiency gain from faster hauler speed and cycle time.

Syndication Funding July 31st, 2024: The company has succeeded in obtaining a syndicated banking loan facility amounting to IDR 2.6 trillion, which was used for: • Purchase of new equipment (New Capex) amounting to IDR 2 trillion, • Bank loan refinancing amounting to IDR 100 billion, • Leasing extension refinancing amounting to IDR 240 billion, • Working capital amounting to IDR 260 billion.
