SHAREHOLDERS

In accordance with the letter of Principle Approval from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
dated 18 March 2024 and the letter of approval for the Stock Split Listing dated 3 June 2024,
the Company has conducted a Stock Split from a nominal value of Rp. 500 per share to Rp.
100 per share or 1 (one) old share to 5 (five) new shares so that the composition of the
shareholders is as follows:

» PT MONASPERMATA PERSADA with the amount of 397.425.000 (three hundred ninety
seven million four hundred twenty five thousand) shares with the value as much a
Rp 39.742.500.000 (thirty nine billion seven hundred fourty two million and five hundred
thousand rupiahs) or as big as 52,5796 of the total shares.

» FUJIKURA GROUP with the amount of 151.200.000 (one hundred fifty one million two
hundred thousand) shares with the value as much a Rp 15.120.000.000 (fifteen billion and
one hundred twenty million rupiahs) or 2096 of the total shares.

» PT INDOLIFE PENSIONTAMA with the amount of 132.891.500 (one hundred and thirty-
two million eight hundred and ninety-one thousand five hundred) shares with the value as
much a Rp. 13.289.150.000 (thirteen billion two hundred eighty nine million one hundred
fifty thousand rupiahs) or 17,5896 of the total shares.

» THE INDIVIDUAL SOCIETY each below 596 with the amount of 74.483.500 (seventy-four
million four hundred eighty-three thousand five hundred) shares with the value as much
as Rp. 7.448.350.000. (seven billion four hundred fourty eight million and three hundred
fifty thousand rupiahs) or as much as 9.8596 of the totalshares.

PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPANY
SALES

» The Company's consolidated sales until the 3'8 Ouarter of 2024 amounted to 2.401,38
billion rupiah, an increase of 15,8596 compared to 2023 in the same period of 2.072,73
billion rupiah. Achievements as of 30 September 2023 have reached 70,6296 of the
2024 sales budget of 3.400 billion rupiah and the company is optimistic that the target
will be achieved.

GROSS PROFIT

» As of 30 September 2024 the gross profit was 210,42 billion rupiah, experience an
increase of 30,3596 compared to the same period in 2023 of 161,43 billion rupiah.

PROFIT BEFORE TAX BENEFIT

» As of 30 September 2024, profit before tax benefit of 57,53 billion rupiah has
experience an increase of 5,8996 compared of 2023 amounted 54,33 billion rupiah.

NET PROFIT LOSS FOR THE YEAR

» Likewise for net profit for the year of amounted 45,30 billion rupiah has experience an
increase of 3,6696 compared of 2023 amounted 43,70 billion rupiah. Meanwhil
compared to the 2024 budget of amounted 12242 billion rupiah it has only reached
3790.

COMPOSITION OF SALES

Following is the composition of the Company's consolidated sales value for the same period
in 2024 and 2023. Based on product groups are as follows: For electrical cables, there was an
increase of 18,2790 from 1.862,77 billion rupiah in 2023 to amounted 2.203,04 billion rupiah in
year 2024. For telecommunication cables, it increase of 6,7896 from 123,42 billion rupiah in
year 2023to 131,79 billion rupiah in year 2024 and for other sales it decreased of 23,0896 from
amounted 86,54 billion rupiah to 66,56 billion rupiah.

Following is the composition of the Company's consolidated sales value for the same period
in 2024 and 2023. Based on the market are as follow: for sales to the local market increase of
18,0996 from amounted 2.025,55 billion rupiah to 2.39213 billion rupiah. For export sales
decrease of 80,39Y6 from amounted 47,17 billion rupiah to 9,25 billion rupiah.

» Current Assets on 30 September 2024 amounted 1.675,66 billion rupiah increase of
5,1596 compared to 31 Desember 2023 of amounted 1.593,57 billion rupiah, while Non
Current Assets increase of 3,1896 from amounted 568,72 billion rupiah to 586,83
billion rupiah. Accordingly, the total assets at 30 September 2024 have increased of
4,639b from amounted 2.162,30 billion rupiah in 31 Desember 2023 to 2.262,49 billion
rupiah pada 30 September 2024.

The company's Current Liabilities is increase of 4,969 from amounted 1.303,80
billion rupiah on 31 Desember 2023 to 1.368,52 billion rupiah on 30 September 2024,
while Non-Current Liabilities is increase of 42,6296 from amounted 65,64 billion
rupiah on 31 Desember 2023 to 93,62 billion rupiah on 30 September 2024.
Accordingly, the total liabilities increase of 6,7796 from amount 1.369,45 billion rupiah
on 31 Desember 2023 to 1.462,14 billion rupiah on 30 September 2024.

Meanmhile, as of 30 September 2024 Eguity increase of 0,9596 from amounted 792,85
billion rupiah on 31 Desember 2023 to 800,35 billion rupiah on 30 September 2024.
