SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES OF
CASH DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION
PT BENTENG API TECHNIC TBK
Based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Benteng Api Technic Tbk (the
“Company”) held on Thursday, 11 June 2026, it was approved that the Company shall distribute cash
dividends in the aggregate amount of Rp5,951,779,106 (five billion nine hundred fifty-one million seven
hundred seventy-nine thousand one hundred six Rupiah), equivalent to Rp2 (two Rupiah) per share. Based
on the Register of Shareholders as of 24 June 2026 issued by the Company's Share Registrar, PT Sinartama
Gunita, the total number of issued shares is 3,025,037,353 shares, less 49,147,800 treasury shares resulting
from the share buyback program, resulting in an indicative total of 2,975,889,553 outstanding shares
entitled to receive cash dividends.
The cash dividend distribution shall be carried out in accordance with the following schedule and
procedures:
1. Schedule of Cash Dividend Payment:
(i) Cum Dividend in the Regular and Negotiation Market : June 22, 2026
(ii) Ex Dividend in the Regular and Negotiation Market : June 23, 2026
(iii) Cum Dividend in Cash Market : June 24, 2026
(iv) Ex Dividend in Cash Market : June 25, 2026
(v) Recording Date for Shareholders entitled to Cash Dividends : June 24, 2026
(vi) Cash dividend Payment : July 15, 2026
2. Procedures on Cash Dividend Distribution:
(i) Payment Mechanism:
- For shareholders whose shares have been registered in the Collective Custody
of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”), cash dividend will be received through
Account Holders at KSEI.
- For shareholders whose shares are still in script, cash dividend will be wired to the
shareholders' bank accounts. The transfer application letter which stated bank account
number and a copy of the identity of the shareholder must be submitted to the Securities
Administration Bureau PT Sinartama Gunita, address in Menara Tekno Lt.7, Jl. H.
Fachrudin No.19, Kebun Sirih, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta (“BAE”) no later than June 24,
2026.
(ii) The dividend to be paid shall be subject to tax in accordance with the applicable tax regulations
in Indonesia.
(iii) Shareholders who are Domestic Taxpayers, both individuals and entities, whose shares have
been registered in KSEI's Collective Custody are required to comply with the provisions
stipulated by KSEI.
(iv) Shareholders who are Foreign Taxpayers from countries that having Double Taxation Avoidance
Agreement (“Tax Treaty”) with Indonesia and who are willing to use the tax deduction according
to the provisions of Tax Treaty shall provide document as specified in prevailing taxation
regulations in Indonesia (the “Tax Status Documents”).
The requirements on the submission of Tax Status Documents are as follows:
- For shareholders whose shares have been registered in KSEI’s Collective Custody,
the Tax Status Document must be submitted to KSEI through the Account Holder in
accordance with the provisions stipulated by KSEI.

- For shareholders having script stocks, the Tax Status Documents shall be provided
to the Registrar at the latest on June 24, 2026 at 16.00 Indonesia Western Time.
Without the Tax Status Documents, the cash dividends distributed to Foreign Taxpayers
Shareholders shall be subject to income tax tariff under Article 26 of 20%.
(v) This notification is an official notification from the Company and the Company does not issue a
special notification letter to the Shareholders.
Thus, this notification is made to be used properly.
