    Supporting Pertamina in Safeguarding National Energy Security,
    Elnusa Inspects Readiness of TLPG Amurang Ahead of Year-End
Minahasa Selatan, November 29, 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA IDX: ELSA), through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), continues to
demonstrate its commitment to national energy security. Today, Elnusa's management conducted a site visit to the Amurang LPG Terminal
(TLPG) in Minahasa Selatan, North Sulawesi. This visit aimed to ensure the seamless supply of LPG, particularly during the peak energy
demand period ahead of Christmas and New Year celebrations.

The visit was attended by Elnusa's President Commissioner, Eko Ariantoro; President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja; President Director
of Elnusa Petrofin, Doni Indrawan; Corporate Secretary, Frida Lidwina; and other members of the Elnusa Group management team.

This initiative aligns with one of Elnusa's core businesses in the energy distribution and logistics segment, managed by Elnusa Petrofin. EPN
has been operating TLPG Amurang since 2019. The facility, with a full capacity of 2 x 1,000 Metric Tons (MT), plays a critical role in
distributing both subsidized and non-subsidized LPG across North Sulawesi and parts of Gorontalo through seven LPG bulk filling stations
(SPBE).

Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, President Director of Elnusa, emphasized the strategic importance of TLPG Amurang. “The Amurang LPG Terminal
is one of our key assets, playing a vital role in meeting the energy needs of the community, especially during peak periods like Christmas
and New Year,” he stated.

Bachtiar further highlighted Elnusa's plans for business expansion. “Depot management is a significant contributor to revenue in our energy
distribution and logistics segment. Going forward, we will continue to expand depot management operations beyond Java and Bali to
enhance both revenue and profitability,” he added.

In addition to assessing operational readiness, this visit underscored Elnusa’s strategic efforts to implement stringent Health, Safety,
Security, and Environment (HSSE) principles to support efficient energy distribution. During the visit, the team also presented strategies
for managing energy distribution at TLPG Amurang, including innovative efforts to optimize operational efficiency and ensure security and
sustainability of supply.

Doni Indrawan, President Director of Elnusa Petrofin, reiterated EPN's commitment to supporting Pertamina. “We are dedicated to
delivering reliable and efficient energy distribution services, particularly during the high-demand period leading up to Christmas and New
Year. By maintaining strict HSSE standards in the operations at Amurang LPG Terminal to achieve operational excellence, we are ready to
support and succeed in Pertamina’s NATARU Task Force 2024/2025 while ensuring LPG availability in strategic regions,” he stated.
