         Realizing HSSE Excellence, Elnusa Strengthens Synergy with
                          Partners at ENCORE 2024
Jakarta, November 26, 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under Pertamina’s
Upstream Subholding, once again held the Elnusa Contractors HSSE Meeting (ENCORE) 2024 at Udaya Room, Graha Elnusa, Jakarta. With
the theme "Accelerating Strategic Partnership for HSSE Excellence & Sustainable Business," the event served as a strategic momentum to
enhance synergy between Elnusa and its partners in fostering excellent and sustainable business practices.

ENCORE 2024 was attended by more than 265 participants from partners, both in person and virtually. The event focused on accelerating
strategic collaboration to comprehensively implement the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).

Elnusa’s President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, emphasized the importance of maintaining and improving the management of HSSE
aspects. “Our partners play a pivotal role in strengthening Elnusa's business sustainability and success. Therefore, we invite all of Elnusa's
strategic partners to continuously collaborate and commit to maintaining optimal performance, both in terms of quality and adherence to
HSSE standards. This is not just about fulfilling administrative CSMS requirements but also reflecting the commitment of our partners to
implementing an effective management system to ensure Elnusa’s obligations to its clients are optimally met,” he stated.

Bachtiar also highlighted the role of technology and innovation in achieving this goal. “Innovation is key to enhancing operational efficiency
and managing risks more effectively. Our investment in technology is designed to support sustainable business practices and deliver a
positive impact on the community,” explained Bachtiar.

Furthermore, he underlined the importance of fostering psychological safety in the workplace as a foundation for creating closer and more
productive collaboration. ENCORE 2024 not only served as a communication forum but also as a strategic platform to build trust between
Elnusa and its partners. “We believe that with solid strategic partnerships, we can achieve HSSE Excellence together and deliver greater
positive impacts,” concluded Bachtiar.

Senior Manager of Safety at Pertamina Upstream Subholding, Putu Surya Wibisana, also expressed his appreciation for Elnusa’s excellent
HSSE performance. He noted that the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) target had been achieved and remained below the threshold
set by Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding. With the support of its partners, Elnusa is expected to maintain its HSSE performance and
continue strengthening the HSSE culture in all activities within its operational environment.

To strengthen collaboration further, ENCORE 2024 featured various strategic sessions, including presentations on the CSMS Full Cycle,
Business Ethics & Norms in Elnusa, and HSSE Work Practice & Excellence. As a token of appreciation, Elnusa also presented awards to
partners who demonstrated outstanding performance in various categories.

Through ENCORE 2024, Elnusa reaffirms its position as a trusted partner that not only upholds compliance with Good Corporate
