PT Jababeka Tbk ("Perseroan") mengumumkan bahwa
Perseroan telah berhasil melunasi seluruh saldo pinjaman
Senior Notes senilai US$185.856.000 yang semula akan jatuh
tempo pada Desember 2027.
Pelunasan tersebut telah diselesaikan pada 12 Juni 2026,
setelah penandatanganan fasilitas pembiayaan jangka
panjang baru Perseroan dengan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)
Tbk, sebagaimana telah diumumkan pada 14 Mei 2026.
Keberhasilan ini menandai selesainya rencana refinancing
Perseroan atas Senior Notes tersebut lebih dari 18 bulan
sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo semula.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelunasan Senior Notes ini berdampak positif terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan keuangan dan kegiatan operasional Perseroan.

PT Jababeka Tbk (the "Company") announces that it has
successfully redeemed in full its outstanding US$185,856,000
Senior Notes due December 2027.
The redemption was completed on 12 June 2026, following the
signing of the Company's new long-term financing facility with
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, as announced on 14 May
2026. This milestone marks the successful completion of the
Company's planned refinancing of the Senior Notes more than
18 months ahead of their original maturity date.
