Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha (“POJK 17/2020”), Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan Pembatalan
Keterbukaan Informasi kepada pemegang saham atas rencana Transaksi Divestasi Aset yang sebelumnya telah
diumumkan oleh Perseroan melalui Keterbukaan Informasi tanggal 7 Mei 2026 dan 11 Juni 2026 , dengan ini kami, PT
Lancartama Sejati Tbk ("Perseroan"), menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:
In order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 17/POJK.04/2020
concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities (“POJK 17/2020”), the Company hereby
announces the Cancellation of Information Disclosure to shareholders regarding the Asset Divestment Transaction plan
that was previously announced by the Company through Information Disclosure dated May 7, 2026 and June 11, 2026,

Sehubungan dengan Transaksi tersebut, Perseroan telah
merencanakan penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB”) untuk memperoleh persetujuan pemegang
saham sebagaimana dipersyaratkan dalam POJK 17/2020.
Perseroan dengan ini menginformasikan bahwa Perseroan
memutuskan untuk membatalkan rencana Transaksi. Keputusan
tersebut diambil sehubungan dengan adanya penyesuaian dan
kajian lebih lanjut terkait rencana Transaksi dimaksud.
The Company previously announced a Material Transaction in the
form of the divestment of the Company’s assets as described in the
Disclosure of Information dated May 7, 2026 and June, 11 2026 (the
“Transaction”).
In regard to the Transaction, the Company had planned to convene
an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) to
obtain shareholders’ approval as required under POJK 17/2020.
The Company hereby informs that it has decided to cancel the
proposed Transaction. This decision was made in following with
adjustments and further review of the proposed Transaction.
