Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Balikpapan, 15 November 2024 - Elnusa Trans Samudera
(ETSA), salah satu anak usaha PT Elnusa Tbk, telah sukses
menyelenggarakan dua agenda strategis yang menjadi bukti
nyata komitmen perusahaan dalam membangun hubungan
produktif dengan mitra kerja serta menerapkan standar
keselamatan dan keberlanjutan. Melalui Vendor Day Meeting
2024 dan HSSE Engagement, ETSA memperkuat sinergi
kemitraan sekaligus menegaskan pentingnya tata kelola
Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, Keamanan, dan Lingkungan
(HSSE) dalam seluruh aktivitas operasional.
Kegiatan Vendor Day Meeting 2024 yang diadakan di
Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, diikuti oleh 120 perwakilan
mitra kerja. Acara ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas
kolaborasi bisnis, memberikan apresiasi kepada mitra kerja,
serta mengenalkan inovasi terbaru dalam proses pengadaan
ETSA, yaitu fitur "Negosiasi Online". Teknologi ini dirancang
untuk memastikan proses pengadaan berjalan lebih efektif,
efisien, dan transparan, sekaligus mendukung prinsip
auditable.
Acara ini juga menjadi ajang diskusi panel dengan fokus pada
efisiensi operasional, inovasi teknologi, dan keselamatan
kerja, memberikan kesempatan bagi mitra kerja untuk berbagi
ide dan pengalaman guna memperkuat sinergi di masa
mendatang.
Selain Vendor Day Meeting 2024, ETSA juga
menyelenggarakan kegiatan HSSE Engagement yang ditandai
dengan deklarasi dan penandatanganan komitmen HSSE oleh
para mitra kerja. Acara ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat
kesadaran dan tanggung jawab bersama dalam menciptakan
lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan berkelanjutan.
Direktur Utama ETSA, Kurniawati Adjie, menyampaikan
apresiasinya terhadap peran mitra kerja yang telah
berkontribusi besar dalam mendukung operasional
perusahaan. "Kami sangat menghargai kontribusi dari setiap
mitra yang bekerja bersama kami selama ini. Melalui kegiatan
ini, kami ingin mempererat kemitraan yang telah terjalin dan
mendorong tercapainya tujuan bersama yang lebih besar.
Inovasi seperti Negosiasi Online menjadi salah satu bentuk
nyata komitmen kami untuk memberikan layanan terbaik bagi
pelanggan dan mendukung kemajuan industri," ujarnya.
Kurniawati juga menekankan bahwa HSSE merupakan
prioritas utama bagi perusahaan. "Kami percaya bahwa
kolaborasi yang solid antara ETSA dan mitra kerja adalah
kunci untuk menjaga standar keselamatan yang tinggi di setiap
kegiatan operasional. Melalui deklarasi komitmen ini, kami
berharap semua pihak mematuhi prosedur HSSE dan
berkontribusi aktif dalam mencapai target Zero Illness Fatality,
menjaga toleransi Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR),
serta meningkatkan kesehatan pekerja,".
Penandatanganan komitmen HSSE ini menjadi simbol kuat
dari tekad bersama antara ETSA dan mitra kerja untuk
mematuhi dan menerapkan standar HSSE yang telah
ditetapkan perusahaan. Kegiatan ini juga disambut positif oleh
para peserta yang mengapresiasi langkah ETSA dalam
membangun budaya keselamatan yang kokoh dan
berkelanjutan di lingkungan kerja.

Description of Material Information or Balikpapan, 15 November 2024 - Elnusa Trans Samudera
Facts (ETSA), a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk, successfully
conducted two strategic agendas that exemplify the company's
commitment to fostering productive relationships with business
partners and upholding high standards of safety and
sustainability. Through the Vendor Day Meeting 2024 and
HSSE Engagement, ETSA reinforced its partnerships while
emphasizing the importance of Health, Safety, Security, and
Environment (HSSE) governance in all operational activities.
The Vendor Day Meeting 2024, held in Balikpapan, East
Kalimantan, gathered 120 representatives from ETSA's
business partners. The event aimed to enhance the
effectiveness of business collaboration, recognize the
contributions of partners, and introduce ETSA's latest
innovation in procurement processes--the Online Negotiation
feature. This technology is designed to ensure that
procurement processes are more effective, efficient, and
transparent, while adhering to auditable principles.
The meeting also included panel discussions focusing on
operational efficiency, technological innovation, and workplace
safety, providing a platform for business partners to exchange
ideas and experiences to strengthen future collaborations.
In addition to the Vendor Day Meeting, ETSA organized an
HSSE Engagement program, highlighted by the declaration
and signing of the HSSE Commitment by its business partners.
This initiative aimed to foster shared awareness and
accountability in creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable work
environment.
ETSA President Director, Kurniawati Adjie, expressed her
appreciation for the invaluable contributions of ETSA's
business partners in supporting the company's operations.

been working with us. Through this event, we aim to
strengthen these partnerships and achieve greater shared
objectives. Innovations like the Online Negotiation feature

between ETSA and its partners is the key to maintaining high
safety standards in every operational activity. Through this
HSSE Commitment Declaration, we hope all parties will
comply with HSSE procedures and actively contribute to
achieving targets such as Zero Illness Fatality, maintaining the
Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) within tolerance levels,
and improving worker health," she added.
The signing of the HSSE Commitment serves as a powerful
symbol of the shared determination between ETSA and its
partners to adhere to and implement the HSSE standards
established by the company. The event was warmly received
by participants, who commended ETSA's efforts to cultivate a
robust and sustainable safety culture in the workplace.
