PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) pada tanggal 20
November 2024 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai keputusan Direksi
yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 18 November 2024, ADRO menyampaikan rencana
pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2024 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
ADRODRCH5A DAN ADRODRCN5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) dated 20th
November 2024, related to Corporate Action – with the Board of Directors decision approved by the
Board Commissioner on the dated 18th November 2024, has resolved, ADRO had a plan for the
distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:

Total Value of Dividend USD 90.047.888
Other securities in the form of equity that are convertible into shares NA

determined)

Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price
of ADRODRCN5A will be adjusted based on the formula below:
