Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Untuk memenuhi POJK 14 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan
Atas POJK 31 Tahun 2015 tentang Penambahan Modal
Perusahaan Terbuka Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu ; Surat Edaran PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
Nomor SE00002/BEI/03-2020 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan
Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama surat ini Perseroan
menyampaikan jadwal pelaksanaan Periode I Tahap II
MESOP sebagai berikut :
1. Periode Pelaksanaan
Periode pelaksanaan akan berlangsung selama 30 hari bursa,
dimulai dari 2 Desember 2024 hingga 15 Januari 2025.
2. Harga Pelaksanaan
Harga pelaksanaan yang telah ditetapkan adalah Rp2.150 per
saham
3. Jumlah Opsi
Jumlah opsi yang dapat dikonversi menjadi saham pada
periode sebagaimana butir nomor 1 (satu) adalah sebanyak
31.076.300 lembar saham.

Procedures for Implementing the Share Ownership Program,
together with this letter the Company submits the
implementation schedule for Period I Phase II of MESOP as
follows :
1. Exercise Period
The exercise period will last for 30 trading days, starting from
