     Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
     mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur

     Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
     mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
     diatur dalam ketentuan III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa
     Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025./

     of the Company's stocks and/or investors' investment decisions as regulated in provision

3.   Apakah Perseroan mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
     diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024
     tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
     Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?
     Is the Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the
     Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of

     2024 concerning Reports of Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Shares of Public
     Companies and Reports of Activities of Pledge of Shares of Public Companies?

     Tanggapan / Response:
     Selain dari Laporan keterbukaan informasi A5-DB Holdings Pte Ltd yang telah
     disampaikan melalui Surat No. LK/10062026/0003/1 perihal Laporan Kepemilikan Saham
     pada tanggal 10 Juni 2026 dan laporan keterbukaan informasi PT Elang Media Visitama
     yang telah disampaikan melalui Surat No. LK/11062026/0005/1 perihal Laporan
     Kepemilikan Saham pada tanggal 11 Juni 2026, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya
     aktivitas lain dari pemegang saham Perseroan./
     Apart from the A5-DB Holdings Pte Ltd information disclosure report which has been
     submitted through Letter No. LK/10062026/0003/1 regarding the Share Ownership Report
     on June 10, 2026 and the PT Elang Media Visitama information disclosure report which
     has been submitted through Letter No. LK/11062026/0005/1 regarding the Share
     Ownership Report on June 11, 2026, the Company is not aware of any other activities
     from the Company's shareholders.

4.   Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
     dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
     Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
     Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
     including corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the
     Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?


     Tanggapan / Response:
     Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
     tindakan korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
     dalam jangka waktu yang disebutkan di atas. /
     As of the date of this letter, the Company has no plans to undertake any corporate action
     that would result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange within the
     time period stated above.

5.   Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
     efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
     publik
     Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
     Company's securities and the Company's survival that have not been disclosed to the
     public.

     Sampai     dengan     tanggal   surat   ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya
     informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
     efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
     publik./
     As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any other important
     information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the Company's
     securities and the Company's survival that have not been disclosed to the public.

6.   Rencana pemegang saham utama dan pengendali terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya
     di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan
     terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dan pengendali dalam menjawab
     konfirmasi tersebut.
     Major and controlling shareholders' plans regarding their shareholdings in the
     Company. In this regard, the Corporate Secretary is requested to first consult with the
     major and controlling shareholders before responding to this confirmation.

     Sebagaimana konfirmasi yang diterima oleh Perseroan, Pemegang Saham utama dan
     pengendali Perseroan berencana untuk senantiasa menjaga komitmen dan memberi
     dukungan                              terhadap                            Perseroan./
     Based on the confirmation received by the Company, the Company's main and
     controlling shareholders plan to always maintain their commitment and provide support
     to the Company.
