150/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., Majelis
Hakim membacakan putusan perpanjangan PKPU yang
pada pokok amarnya berbunyi sebagai berikut:

1. Mengabulkan perpanjangan PKPU Tetap selama
14 hari sejak putusan dibacakan.

2. Menetapkan Sidang Permusyawaratan Majelis
Hakim berikutnya diselenggarakan pada hari
Jumat, tanggal 6 Desember 2024 di Pengadilan
Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.

At the Consultative Session of the Panel of Judges held on
November 22, 2024, regarding case No.
149/Pdt. Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. and No.
150/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., the Panel of Judges
Officially pronounced the decision to extend the PKPU, as
articulated below:

1.  Granting the extension of Permanent PKPU for 14 days
since the decision was read out.

2. Determining the next Consultative Session of the Panel
of Judges to be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at
the Commercial Court at the Ceniral Jakarta District
Court.

Perseroan belum menerima salinan putusan resmi terkait
dengan Perpanjangan PKPU tersebut.

The Company has not received a copy of the official decision
regarding the PKPU Extension ruling.

Perseroan akan mengikuti proses dan mekanisme PKPU
sebagaimana ditentukan dalam peraturan dan hukum
yang berlaku.

The Company will adhere to the PKPU process and mechanism
as specified in the relevant regulations and laws.
