Jawab: Sampai dengan saat ini Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya infomasi atau fakta material yang mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Jawab: Pada saat ini belum ada informasi /fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material yang kami ketahui dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Jawab : Saat ini Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan. Answer: To date, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the Company's securities or the investment decision of investors. Other important information/ facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the Company's securities and the going concern of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public? Answer: Currently, there is no information/ facts/events that we know of that can affect the going concern of the Company and can affect the Company's share price that has not been disclosed to the public. Is the Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership or Public Companies? Answer: Currently the Company is not aware of the activities of certain shareholders that may affect the value of the Company's securities. 5. Does the Company have plans to take Corporate actions in the near future, including corporate plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)? Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary — menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Jawab: Berdasarkan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama, hingga saat ini pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Demikian kami sampaikan.
