Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 19 November 2024, Perseroan telah
menandatangani perjanjian suplai batubara dengan Power
Generation Corporation selaku pembeli dan Duyen Hai
Thermal Power Company selaku seller representative. Jumlah
volume batubara yang akan disuplai SGER mencapai 500.000
Metrik Ton dengan spesifikasi nilai net calorific value 4.600
kcal/kg dengan kandungan abu 14% dan kandungan sulfur
0,85%. Transaksi ini memiliki potensi nilai kontrak sebesar
US$44,45 Juta (705 Miliar).

Description of Material Information or On November 19, 2024, the Company has signed a coal
Facts supply agreement with Power Generation Corporation as the
buyer and Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company as the seller
representative. The total volume of coal to be supplied by
SGER reaches 500,000 Metric Tons with a net calorific value
specification of 4,600 kcal/kg with an ash content of 14% and a
sulfur content of 0.85%. This transaction has a potential
contract value of US$44,45 Million(705 Billion).
