Dahulu II (PMHMETD II), bersama ini Perseroan
menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan menunda pelaksanaan
rencana PMHMETD II. Keputusan tersebut diambil setelah
mempertimbangkan kondisi pasar modal dan makroekonomi
terkini yang dinilai belum kondusif untuk mendukung
pelaksanaan PMHMETD II. Perseroan akan terus memantau
perkembangan kondisi pasar dan akan mempertimbangkan
kembali pelaksanaan PMHMETD II pada waktu yang dinilai
lebih tepat setelah kondisi pasar menjadi lebih stabil dan
kondusif.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penundaan PMHMETD II tidak berdampak secara material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau
