operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Suparma Tbk, Cathay Utima Investment Pte Ltd memiliki
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau 0,12% saham di PT Suparma Tbk, dan PT Pacific Star
Perusahaan Publik Synergy memiliki 49,98% saham di PT Suparma Tbk.
Sedangkan Bapak Welly memiliki 66,25% saham di PT
Gloriajaya Gempita, 85% saham di PT Graha Inti
Harapan,100% saham di Cathay Utima Investment Pte Ltd,
dan 99,9% saham di PT Pacific Star Synergy melalui
kepemilikan saham di Cathay Utima Investment Pte Ltd.
Sehingga secara tidak langsung Bapak Welly memiliki 79,15%
saham di PT Suparma Tbk.
Transaksi ini merupakan langkah untuk memenuhi ketentuan
BEI perihal minimum Free Float 15%.

Ltd, and 99.9% of PT Pacific Star Synergy through his

Therefore, Mr. Welly indirectly owns 79.15% of PT Suparma
Tbk.
