Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Fourth Interest of Shelf Bonds IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase IV Year 2023 Series A. 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap IV Tahun 2023 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 22 Desember 2024 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,7596 (tujuh koma tujuh lima persen) pertahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 22 Desember 2024. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the payment of the principal and fourth interest of Shelf Bonds IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase IV Year 2023 Series A which will be matured on 22 December 2024 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.754 (seven point seven five per cent) peryear. The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) before 22 December 2024. 4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Impact of such material information or facts on the Company's operational, law, Jinancial condition or business continuity Tidak terdapat dampak material atas informasi material berupa pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap IV Tahun 2023 Seri A terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
