the organization name of PT Net Visi Media Tbk to PT MDTV

Jakarta, November 13, 2024 – During the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders(EGMS)PT Net Visi Media Tbk held on
November 7, 2024, two key agendas were addressed. The first
agenda approved the name change from PT Net Visi Media Tbk to PT
MDTV Media Technologies Tbk. This strategic rebranding aligns with
the company’s integration into the MD Entertainment’s ecosystem,
reinforcing MD Entertainment's position as a market leader in
Indonesian media.
The addition of PT MDTV Media Technologies Tbk as a Free-To-Air
(FTA) channel is based on two strategic factors: a high
traditional television penetration rate in regions largely
untapped by OTT and cinema, and limited competition, with FTA
dominated by only a few players. Cinema distribution also skews
heavily towards primary markets, leaving secondary and tertiary
regions underserved. By focusing on these segments, PT MDTV Media
Technologies Tbk is positioned to boost viewership and contribute
incremental earnings to MD Entertainment, enhancing its national
reach and market impact.

operating companies with all its subsidiaries does not have any

Appointment of new management in PT MDTV
Media Technologies Tbk
The second agenda approved the change in management and
appointing new management in the company into:

⁃ Sanjeva Advani | Commissioner
⁃ Rommy Fibri Hardianto | Independent Commissioner

⁃ Priyadarshi Anand | Director
⁃ Esmal Diansyah | Director
Halim Lie has been appointed by Manoj Punjabi as the President
Director for the company upon the agreement of the EGMS.
Manoj Punjabi, President Commissioner of PT MDTV Media
Technologies Tbk, stated, “Halim Lie is a well-established
figure in the broadcasting industry, with extensive experience
in building top-tier broadcasting networks such as SCTV,
Indosiar, and RCTI. With a strong team in place, we are
confident that PT MDTV Media Technologies Tbk will play a vital
role in advancing Indonesia’s creative industry.”

As President Director, Halim Lie will be supported by a highly
experienced board of directors in the Indonesian broadcasting
and creative content industries. The team includes Esmal
Diansyah, who has extensive experience with national private
broadcasters such as RCTI, SCTV, ANTV, and INews; Surya
Hadiwinata, a former Director of NETV with experience at EMTEK
Group and INews; and Priyadarshi Anand, a professional
accountant with a background across several companies.
On the Board of Commissioners, Company’s President Commissioner,
Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi, is joined by Commissioners Shania Manoj
Punjabi and Sanjeva Advani and Independent Commissioner Rommy
Fibri Hardiyanto.
