PT Gloriajaya Gempita memiliki 31,48% saham di PT Suparma
Tbk, PT Sari Bumi Indopower memiliki 17,77% saham di
PT Suparma Tbk, PT Wahana Bumi Indonesia memiliki 3,63%
saham di PT Suparma Tbk, dan Cathay Utima Investment Pte
Ltd memiliki 39,38% saham di PT Suparma Tbk.
Sedangkan Bapak Welly memiliki 66,25% saham di
PT Gloriajaya Gempita, 99% saham di PT Sari Bumi
Indopower, 98% saham di PT Wahana Bumi Indonesia, dan
100% saham di Cathay Utima Investment Pte Ltd.
Sehingga secara tidak langsung Bapak Welly memiliki 81,38%
saham di PT Suparma Tbk.
