TATA TERTIB & PROSEDUR
PAPARAN PUBLIC (PUBLIC EXPOSE)
PT TRIMEGAH KARYA PRATAMA TBK
(“Perseroan”)
Jakarta, 21 November 2024
1. Tata tertib ini berlaku untuk pelaksanaan Paparan Publik atau Public Expose PT Trimegah
Karya Pratama Tbk sebagaimana ketentuan yang berlaku di bawah ini.
2. Kriteria peserta dan pemegang saham untuk Public Expose:
a. Peserta Public Expose adalah para peserta umum yang mendaftarkan dirinya pada
link registrasi Public Expose Perseroan tertanggal 7 November 2024.
b. Link registrasi ditutup pada 18 November 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB sebagaimana
informasi tersebut juga telah disampaikan dalam Surat Rencana Public Expose
Perseroan tertanggal 7 November 2024.
c. Peserta akan mendapatkan link dan password zoom yang akan diterima maksimal
H-1 pelaksanaan Public Expose pada tanggal 20 November 2024.
3. Ketentuan dan tata cara pelaksanaan Public Expose:
a. Peserta diwajibkan untuk memasuki ruangan zoom dengan menggunakan nama
jelas-beserta institusi atau perusahaan asal peserta. Contoh, AFRIZAL-MEDIA AKU.
Untuk para peserta dengan kategori umum cukup menggunakan nama jelas saja.
b. Peserta tidak diizinkan untuk melakukan open mic atau membuka mic selama acara
berlangsung dan host berhak untuk melakukan mute mic atau penutupan mic guna
memastikan acara dapat berlangsung secara baik.
c. Harap pastikan perangkat dan jaringan koneksi internet yang dimiliki peserta stabil
dan dalam kondisi baik.
d. Public expose Perseroan akan dimulai pada pukul 15.30 hingga 16.15 WIB yang
termasuk dengan sesi konferensi pers atau tanya jawab tanpa terjeda.
e. Peserta atau viewers melalui layanan YouTube tidak berhak untuk menyampaikan
pertanyaan.
f. Sesi tanya jawab akan dilaksanakan di akhir sesi pemaparan sesuai dengan alokasi
waktu dan jumlah pertanyaan.

(“Company”)

1. These rules apply to the implementation of the Public Expose of PT Trimegah Karya
Pratama Tbk as applicable provisions below.
2. Criteria of participants and shareholders for Public Expose:
a. Public Expose participants are general participants who register themselves on the
Company's Public Expose registration link dated November 7, 2024.
b. The registration link closes on November 18, 2024 at 16.00 WIB as the information
has also been submitted in the Company's Public Expose Plan Letter dated
November 7, 2024.
c. Participants will get a zoom link and password which will be received a maximum of
H-1 of the Public Expose on November 20, 2024.
3. Provisions and procedures for the implementation of the Public Expose:
a. Participants are required to enter the zoom room by using their clear name - along
with the institution or company from which they come. For example, AFRIZAL-MEDIA
AKU. For participants in the general category, it is sufficient to use a clear name only.
b. Participants are not allowed to open mic during the event and the host reserves the
right to mute or close the mic to ensure the event can take place properly.
c. Please ensure that your device and internet connection are stable and in good
condition.
d. The Company's public expose will begin at 15:30 to 16:15 WIB which includes a press
conference or question and answer session without interruption.
e. Participants or viewers through YouTube services are not entitled to submit
questions.
f. The question session will be held at the end of the presentation session in
accordance with the time allocation and number of questions.
