Sehubungan dengan ketentuan Keputusan Direksi
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BE1/12-
2025 tanggal 12 Desember 2025 perihal Peraturan
Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, PT Summit Oto Finance (“Perseroan”)
wajib menyampaikan Laporan Kesiapan Dana
untuk Pelunasan Efek Bersifat Utang paling
lambat 15 (lima belas) hari bursa sebelum efek
bersifat utang dimaksud jatuh tempo. Bersama
ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
menyediakan dana sebesar Rp592.080.069.444,-
(lima ratus sembilan puluh dua miliar delapan
puluh juta enam puluh sembilan ribu empat ratus
empat puluh empat Rupiah) untuk pelunasan
pokok dan pembayaran bunga terakhir Obligasi I
Summit Oto Finance Tahun 2025 Seri A yang akan
jatuh tempo pada tanggal 5 Juli 2026.

Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) segera
setelah Perseroan memperoleh invoice dari pihak
KSEI dan memastikan bahwa dana tersebut
efektif di rekening KSEI paling lambat 1 (satu)
hari sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo.

Dear Sirs,

In relation to provision of the Board of Directors'
Decree of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep-
00087/BE1/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025
concerning Regulation Number I-E on Information
Disclosure Obligation, PT Summit Oto Finance (the
“Company” ) is reguired to submit a Report on the
Availability of Fund for the Bond Settlement no
later than 15 (fifteen) business days prior to the
maturity date of the such bonds. Hereby, we
inform that the Company has provided funds in the
amount of Rp592,080,069,444 (five hundred
ninety-two billion eighty million sixty-nine
thousand four hundred forty-four Rupiah) for the
settlement of principal and the final interest of
Summit Oto Finance Bonds | Year 2025 Series A
which will mature on 5 July 2026.

The fund will be deposited into PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) immediately after
the Company receive the invoice from KSEI and
ensure that the funds are effectively credited to
KSEI's account no later than 1 (one) day before the
due date.
