Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan yang
disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 14 November 2024.
Dengan ini diberitahukan kepada para pemegang saham PT
Graha Mitra Asia Tbk, bahwa Perseroan akan melaksanakan
pembagian dividen interim untuk tahun buku 2024 sebesar
Rp0,186 (nol koma seratus delapan puluh enam) setiap
saham yang dibayarkan atas 5.727.832.195 lembar saham
atau seluruhnya sebesar Rp1.065.376.788 (satu milyar enam
puluh lima juta tiga ratus tujuh puluh enam ribu tujuh ratus
delapan puluh delapan rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan Emiten atau kelangsungan usaha

Facts which was approved by the Board of Commissioners on 18
November 2024, hereby notified to the shareholders of
PT Graha Mitra Asia Tbk, that the Company will distribute
interim dividends for the 2024 financial year amounting to IDR
0.186 (zero point one hundred and eighty six rupiah) each
share paid for 5,727,832,195 shares or a total of IDR
1,065,376,788 (one billion sixty five million three hundred
seventy six thousand seven hundred and eighty eight rupiah)
