merupakan salah satu entitas anak Perseroan.
2.Kepemilikan saham Perseroan di ABPL yaitu sebesar
99,91%.
3.Dalam rangka mendukung kegiatan operasional ABPL,
Perseroan telah menandatangani jaminan (guarantee) untuk
ABPL tertanggal 14 November 2024 dengan total kewajiban
yang dijamin diperkirakan sekitar AS$56 juta.

November 2024 with total guaranteed liabilities estimated at
