ANNOUNCEMENT
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT MULTI HANNA KREASINDO Tbk
(“Company”)

The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces to the Shareholders that the Company will
hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) on Monday, December 23,2024.

In accordance with Financial Service Authority Regulation No.15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the
Planning and Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies (“POJK
15/2020”). the Invitation to the Meeting will be made on Friday, November 29,2024 through the website
of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, the eASY.KSEI Website and teh Company's website.

Shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are the Company's
Shareholders whose names are registered in the Company's Register of Shareholders (“DPS”) in
Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 16.00 WIB.

Each proposal from Shareholders will be included in the agenda of the Meeting if it mects the
reguirements in accordance with Article 16 paragraph (2) of POJK 15/2020 and the proposal must have
been received by the Company's Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days before the invitation to
the Meeting, namely on Wednesday, November 20. 2024, with the provision that the proposed agenda
for the Meeting must be carried out in good faith, take into account the interests of the Company, is an
agenda that reguires a meeting decision, includes the reasons and materials for the proposed agenda for
the meeting, and does not conflict with laws and regulations.

For Shareholders who are unable to attend the Meeting, Shareholders can still participate and obtain
their rights by providing a power of attorney, the power of attorney form of which is available on the
Company's website and by providing their voting rights electronically through the KSEI Electronic
General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) which will be provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
("KSEI").
