Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada tanggal 26 November 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB Hari/tanggal Pemanggilan :
Kamis / 28 November 2024. Usulan mata acara rapat akan dimasukkan dalam acara Rapat apabila diajukan secara
tertulis kepada Direksi oleh seorang atau lebih Pemegang Saham yang mewakili sedikitnya 1/20 (satu per
duapuluh) dari seluruh jumlah saham yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Perseroan, selambat-lambatnya 7 (tujuh) hari
sebelum pemanggilan untuk Rapat yaitu 21 November 2024 dengan disertai alasan, materi lengkap, dan
memenuhi peraturan yang berlaku. Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat secara fisik dan/atau elektronik
melalui aplikasi eASY.KSEI dengan mengacu pada pelaksanaan RUPS secara elektronik yang ditetapkan
Perseroan

Shareholder List as of November 26th, 2024 at 16.00 West Indonesian Time Day/Date of Invitation :
Thursday/November 28th, 2024. Proposal from Shareholders for additional meeting agenda must be submitted in
written to the Board of Directors by one or more Shareholders who represent at least 1/20 (one twentieth) of the
total shares issued by Company, latest 7(seven) days before the Invitation is published ie. November 21st, 2024
completed with reason, material, and in compliance to the applied rules and regulations. The Company will convene
the Meeting both physically and/or electronically through eASY.KSEI application with reference to the convention of
electronic GMS determined by the Company
