unit Blok K1 No. 1 dengan luas tanah 1.025
m2 dan luas bangunan 720 m2, tercatat
dalam Sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan No.
0004834/Cipeundeuy dengan harga jual
beli Rp 8.030.000.000,- (delapan miliar
tiga puluh juta rupiah).

unit Blok K1 No. 2 dengan luas tanah 810
m2 dan luas bangunan 720 m2, tercatat
dalam Sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan No.

beli Rp 6.710.000.000,- (enam miliar
tujuah ratus sepuluh juta rupiah).
3. 1 (satu) bidang tanah dan bangunan pada
unit Blok K1 No. 3a dengan luas tanah
810m2 dan luas bangunan 720 m2, tercatat
dalam Sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan No.
0004832/Cipeundeuy dengan harga jual
beli Rp 7.200.000.000,- (tujuh miliar dua
ratus juta rupiah)
Penjual adalah PT Citra Sinergi Mandiri. Penjual
tidak terafiliasi dengan PT Champ Resto
Indonesia Tbk sebagai Pembeli,.
Dana pembelian bersumber dari internal
Perseroan dan refinancing Bank.

of Rp 8,030,000,000,- (eight billion thirty
million Indonesia Rupiah).
2. 1 (one) lot of land and building in Block K1
No. 2 with a land area of 810 m2 and a
