dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan.

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan
Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?

Penjelasan :

Hingga saat ini Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
sebagaimana diatur dalam Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,

termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Penjelasan :

Perseroan akan melaksanakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan pada tanggal 19 Juni
2026.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal
ini, Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Penjelasan :

Kami telah mengkonfirmasikan kepada pemegang saham, hingga saat ini belum ada rencana
pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

Answer :

The company has no knowledge of any information, facts, or other significant events that could
impact the price of its securities, as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
31/POJK.04/2015 on the Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies.

2. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that could affect the price of the Listed
Company's Securities and/or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in provision 1.2.1.
Regulation Number I-E, Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Number: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025?

Answer :

In accordance with the Company's explanation in the first point, that to date the Company is not
aware of any other important information/facts that are material and could affect the price of the
Company's securities.

its viability.

4. Is the Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in Regulation of the
Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2024 concerning Ownership
Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports of Share Pledge
Activities of Public Companies?

Answer :

To date, the Company is not aware of any activities from certain shareholders as regulated in
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 4 of 2024 concerning Ownership Reports or Any
Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies.

5. Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will impact the listing of the Company's Shares on the Stock Exchange (at least
within the next 3 months)?

Answer :
The Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2026.

6. The major shareholder's plans relate to their shareholding in the Company. In this case, the
Corporate Secretary must first consult with the major shareholder before responding to this
confirmation.

Answer :

We have confirmed to shareholders that, to date, no plans have been established regarding the
major shareholder's eguity holdings in the company.
