LKB didirikan berdasarkan Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas No. 02 tanggal 11 November 2024 yang dibuat dihadapan Marliansyah, S.H., Notaris di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan dan telah mendapatkan pengesahan pendirian dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia melalui surat keputusannya No. AHU- 0089858.AH.01.01.Tahun 2024 tanggal 12 November 2024. Maksud dan tujuan pendirian LKB adalah berusaha dalam bidang jasa pertambangan dan aktivitas profesional, ilmiah serta teknis. PT Petrosea Infrastruktur Nusantara, a Subsidiary owned 10046 by the Company, has established a new subsidiary namely PT Lintas Kelola Berlaba (“LKB”) LKB was established based on Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company No. 02 on 11 November 2024 drawn up before Marliansyah, S.H., Notaris at South Jakarta Administration City and has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on his Decree No. AHU-0089858.AH.01.01.0f 2024 on 12 November 2024. The purpose and okjective for establishing LKB is to engage in mining services and professional, scientific as well as technical.
