menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri dari
masing-masing Bapak Devin Antonio Ridwan dari
jabatannya sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan dan
Bapak Andrew Phillip Starkey dari jabatannya
sebagai Direktur Perseroan keduanya tertanggal 11
November 2024.
Selanjutnya Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham untuk memutuskan
pengunduran diri tersebut sebagaimana diatur dalam
Pasal 8 ayat 3 POJK 33/2014.

of resignation from Mr. Devin Antonio Ridwan from his
position as President Director of the Company and Mr.
Andrew Phillip Starkey from his position as Director of
the Company both dated 11 November 2024.
Furthemore, the Company will hold a General
Meeting of Shareholders to decide on the resignation
as regulated in Article 8 paragraph 3 POJK 33/2014.
