Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah melunasi sisa kredit Pinjaman Jangka
Panjang Angsuran (PJP- A 1) atas kredit sebesar Rp
20.000.000.000 (dua puluh milyar rupiah) sebelum jatuh tempo
kredit. Adapun PJP-A1 ini telah berjalan sejak tanggal 28 April
2015 dan akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 28 April 2025.
Adapun perincian sisa kredit yang dilunasi sebagai berikut :
Hutang Pokok Rp. 2.011.553.936,65
Bunga Kredit Rp. 14.248.507,05
Biaya Administrasi kredit Rp. 500.000,-
Sehingga Total Pelunasan sebesar Rp. 2.026.302.443,70
yang didebet pada tanggal 27 September 2024.
Hal ini juga ditegaskan dengan telah diterimanya Surat
Keterangan Lunas dari Bank Pemberi Kredit yang diterima
pada Senin, 11 November 2024 dimana Perseroan telah
melunasi semua sisa utangnya pada tanggal 27 September
2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelunasan ini akan berdampak terhadap berkurangnya kas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional pada bulan berjalan dimana dilaksanakannya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pelunasan sisa pinjaman tersebut, namun demikian hal itu
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau tidak memiliki dampak terhadap kelancaran usaha operasional
Perusahaan Publik perseroan.
Disisi lain kedepannya beban perseroan menjadi lebih ringan
karena sudah tidak adanya beban bunga kredit atas PJP- A1.
Pelunasan ini tidak memilki dampak hukum.
Pelunasan kredit PJP-A1 ini juga menunjukan sehat-nya
keuangan perseroan dan terjaganya kelangsungan usaha
emiten.

Description of Material Information or The Company has paid off the remaining credit of the
Facts Installment Long Term Loan (PJP-A 1) for a credit of Rp
20,000,000,000 (twenty billion rupiah) before the maturity date.
The PJP-A1 has been running since April 28, 2015 and will
mature on April 28, 2025.
The details of the remaining repaid credit are as follows:
Principal Debt Rp. 2,011,553,936.65
Credit Interest Rp. 14,248,507.05
Credit Administration Fee Rp. 500,000,-
So that the total repayment is Rp. 2,026,302,443.70 which is
debited on September 27, 2024.
In accordance with the Certificate of Repayment obtained from
the Lending Bank received on Monday, November 11, 2024,
the Company has paid off all remaining debts on September
27, 2024.
Impact of event, material information or This repayment will have an impact on reduced operational
facts towards Issuers or Public cash in the current month in which the repayment of the
Company’s operational activities, legal, remaining loan is carried out, however it has no impact on the
financial condition, or going concern smooth running of the company's operational business.
On the other hand, in the future the company's burden will be
lighter because there is no credit interest expense on PJP- A1.
This repayment has no legal impact.
The repayment of PJP-A1 credit also shows the company's
financial health and the continuity of the issuer's business.
