perihal Permohonan Pembatalan Pencatatan, Perseroan menyampaikan rencana untuk voluntary delisting
dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan go private.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Bursa memutuskan untuk melakukan Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan
Efek PT Era Graharealty Tbk (IPAC) di Seluruh Pasar terhitung sejak Sesi I Perdagangan Efek pada
hari Jumat, 11 September 2026 hingga pengumuman Bursa lebih lanjut.
Bursa meminta kepada pihak-pihak terkait untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi yang
disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

In accordance with PT Era Graharealty Tbk's (the “Company”) letter No. 132/ERA/IX/26 dated
7 September 2026 regarding the Application for Delisting, the Company has announced its plan to
undertake a voluntary delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) and to become a
private company (go private).
The Exchange hereby temporarily suspends the trading of the securities of PT Era Graharealty Tbk
(IPAC) in All Markets, effective from Session I on Friday, 11 September 2026, until further notice
from the Exchange.
All interested parties are advised to continuously pay attention to the information disclosures submitted
by the Company.
The above is hereby announced for public information.
