3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan dan MPI telah menandatangani
Material / Description of Material Perjanjian Dukungan Bisnis tanggal 28 November
Information or Facts 2023 dimana Perseroan akan menyediakan
fasilitas di bidang teknologi informasi (internet,
SAP, BPM dll) yang telah digunakan olehnya
kepada MPI sebagai bentuk dukungan bisnis
kepada MPI agar MPI dapat menjalankan kegiatan
usahanya secara ekonomis dan efisien. Dalam
Amandemen ini Para Pihak hanya menambahkan
Biaya Jasa Tahun 2025 yang dituangkan dalam
Lampiran B Amandemen dan tidak ada syarat dan
ketentuan lain yang diubah. / The Company and
MPI have executed the Business Support
Agreement dated 28 November 2023 that the
Company shall provide information technology
facilities (internet, SAP, BPM services, etc.) to MPI
as part of business support, in order for MPI to be
able to conduct its business in economical and
efficient manner. In this Amendment, the Parties
agree to state the amount of service fees for 2025
which will be set-out in the Attachment B of the
Amendment and there is no changes of other terms
and conditions.
