Darma Henwa Tbk has changed the Company's logo. The change of Company's logo has been determined based on
the Deed of Circular Decision Statement as a Substitute for the Board of Directors' Meeting regarding Changes of Logo
and Office Address, Number 5 made by Notary Raden Rita Diana Syarifah, SH, M.Kn. The change of logo can be seen
in the attached Information Disclosure letter.
