Over a Decade of Elnusa Trans Samudera: Strengthening Its Role in
                    Indonesia’s Energy Sector
Jakarta, 8 November 2024 – PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA), a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), celebrates its 11th anniversary today. Established on
November 8, 2013, ETSA has played a vital role in supporting offshore energy operations, particularly in the oil and gas sector, while solidifying its position
in the marine energy services industry.

From the beginning, Elnusa as the parent company has shown its commitment to strengthening ETSA by investing in tangible assets, including seven barges
and other vessels, which laid the foundation for ETSA’s growth in marine transportation and logistics. This strategic move demonstrates Elnusa’s long-term
vision to enhance ETSA’s capabilities.

In 2015, ETSA completed the construction of a new vessel, the Accommodation Work Barge named Elnusa Samudra 8 (Elsa 8), marking a significant milestone
in ETSA’s development. Elsa 8 later received an award from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education as one of the "Top 20 Technological
Innovations by Indonesian Talent" for its environmentally friendly Eco Green Barge technology.

ETSA continued to show its commitment to the energy industry by launching a seismic vessel named Elsa Regent the following year. Operated entirely by
Indonesian professionals, Elsa Regent has become a source of national pride, representing ETSA’s dedication to supporting Indonesia’s self-reliance in
sustainable natural resource management.

Last year, ETSA expanded its fleet with a new Accommodation Work Barge, Elnusa Samudra 10 (Elsa 10), which is designed to support enhanced oil and gas
production through workover and well intervention activities. This addition not only reinforces customer and shareholder confidence in Elnusa's capabilities
but also reaffirms the company’s commitment to utilizing in-house assets to support its operations in the energy sector.

In 2024, ETSA added a new dredging barge, Elnusa Samudra 9 (Elsa 9), to its fleet. Equipped with modifications such as expanded crew accommodations and
an upgraded excavator bucket, Elsa 9 is expected to boost operational efficiency and productivity in the field.

Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, President Director of Elnusa, expressed his gratitude and pride in ETSA’s journey of accomplishments. “As part of Elnusa, ETSA has
grown to be a reliable and trusted company in supporting the energy sector, especially offshore. Moving forward, we will continue to support ETSA to
strengthen its services and drive innovation to meet the challenges of an increasingly dynamic industry,” Bachtiar stated.

ETSA has also contributed to the management of the Mahakam Block, one of Indonesia’s major oil and gas fields, and has supported exploration targets
through a 2D seismic survey in the KKP Jambi Merang region. With over 10 million safe working hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI), ETSA has demonstrated
high standards of safety and service quality in the industry.

Over the past 11 years, ETSA has not only expanded its fleet but also broadened its range of services, including vessel support, cable and pipeline installation,
platform decommissioning, and dredging services. With a fleet now comprising 11 diverse vessels, ETSA is poised to continue contributing to the
sustainability of Indonesia's energy sector.
