To comply with the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 15/POJK.04/2020
regarding Plan and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of The
Public Company (“OJK Regulation”) and the Company Articles of Association,
hereby notified that the Board of Directors of the Company will hold:

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Wednesday, December 18, 2024

The official invitation of the Extraordinaty General Meeting of Shareholders of the
Company and its agenda will be announced in Indonesian Stock Exchange website
and the Company's website on November 26, 2024.

Shareholders entitled to attend or be represented legally at the Meeting are
Shareholders whose names are registered in the Shareholders Register of the
Company on November 25, 2024 at 04:00 pm Jakarta time.

Shareholders may propose agenda of the Meeting in writing in accordance with the
Company's Articles of Association to the Board of Directors no later than seven (7)
days prior to the invitation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
