Description of Material Information or Facts November 2024 tentang Pembagian Deviden Interim,
bahwasannya Dewan Komisaris menyetujui :
1. Menyetujui permohonan Direksi untuk membagi
Dividen Interim kepada para pemegang saham
dari Laba Bersih Perseroan untuk tahun buku
2024 sebesar Rp 0,75 - (nol koma tujuh puluh
lima rupiah) per saham atau seluruhnya
berjumlah Rp 1.500.011.000 (Satu Miliar Lima
Ratus Juta Sebelas Ribu Rupiah)
2. Menyetujui Direksi menetapkan waktu dan cara
pembayaran Dividen Interim, melakukan
pelaporan kepada instasi yang berwenang,

Based on the Board of Commissioners' approval letter
No. 004/Skep/MPXL-KOM/OJL/XI/2024 dated 05
November 2024 concerning Interim Dividend
Distribution, the Board of Commissioners approved :
1. Approved the Board of Directors' request to
distribute Interim Dividends to shareholders
from the Company's Net Profit for the 2024
financial year amounting to IDR 0.75 - (zero
point seventy five rupiah) per share or a total of
IDR 1,500,011,000 (One Billion Five Hundred
Million Eleven Thousand Rupiah).
2. Approve the Board of Directors to determine the
time and method of payment of Interim
Dividends, report to the authorized institutions,
make announcements, and carry out other legal
actions in accordance with the provisions of the
Company's Articles of Association, Capital
Market Regulations and applicable Exchange
Regulations
