Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap IV Tahun 2024
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Obligasi Berwawasan Sosial ini diterbitkan tanpa warkat,
kecuali Sertifikat Jumbo Obligasi yang diterbitkan oleh
Perseroan atas nama PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) sebagai bukti utang untuk kepentingan Pemegang
Obligasi dan ditawarkan dengan nilai 100% (seratus persen)
dari jumlah Pokok Obligasi Berwawasan Sosial.
Obligasi Berwawasan Sosial ini dijamin secara kesanggupan
penuh (full commitment) dan diterbitkan tanpa warkat, kecuali
Sertifikat Jumbo Obligasi Berwawasan Sosial yang diterbitkan
oleh Perseroan atas nama PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) sebagai bukti utang untuk kepentingan
Pemegang Obligasi Berwawasan Sosial dan ditawarkan
dengan nilai 100% (seratus persen) dari Jumlah Pokok
Obligasi Berwawasan Sosial. Jumlah Pokok Obligasi
Berwawasan Sosial yang ditawarkan sebesar
Rp1.200.000.000.000,- (satu triliun dua ratus miliar Rupiah)
dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,00% (tujuh koma nol nol
persen) per tahun, berjangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun sejak
Tanggal Emisi. Pembayaran Pokok Obligasi Berwawasan
Sosial secara penuh akan dilakukan pada Tanggal Pelunasan
yaitu pada tanggal 28 November 2029.
Bunga Obligasi Berwawasan Sosial dibayarkan setiap 3 (tiga)
bulan yang dihitung berdasarkan jumlah hari yang lewat
dengan perhitungan 1 (satu) tahun 360 (tiga ratus enam puluh)
Hari Kalender dan 1 (satu) bulan adalah 30 (tiga puluh) Hari
Kalender. Pembayaran bunga pertama akan dilakukan pada
tanggal 28 Februari 2024. Pelunasan Obligasi Berwawasan
Sosial dilakukan secara penuh (bullet payment) pada saat
jatuh tempo

Concise of Shelf Registration Social Bond I Sarana Multigriya
Type of Material Information or Facts Finansial 4th Tranche year 2024
Description of Material Information or These social bonds are issued scripless, except for Bond
Facts Jumbo Certificates issued by the Company on behalf of PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) as proof of debt for
the benefit of the Bondholders and are offered at a value of
100% (one hundred percent) of the Principal Amount of the
Social Bonds.
This Social Bond is guaranteed in full commitment and issued
scripless, except for the Social Bond Jumbo Certificate which
is issued by the Company on behalf of PT Kustodian Sentral
Efek Indonesia (KSEI) as proof of debt for the benefit of the
Bondholders and are offered at a value of 100% (one hundred
percent) of the Principal Amount of the Social Bond. The total
amount of Social Bond offered is IDR 1,200,000,000.000,-
(one trillion two hundred billion Rupiah) with a fixed interest
rate of 7.00% (seven point zero zero percent) per annum, with
a term of 5 (five) years from the Issuance Date. Full payment
of the Social Bonds Principal will be made on the Social Bond
Payment Date on November 28, 2029.
The Social Bond interest is paid quarterly, which is calculated
based on the number of days that have passed with the
calculation of 1 (one) year being 360 (three hundred and sixty)
Calendar Days and 1 (one) month being 30 (thirty) Calendar
Days. The first interest payment will be made on February 28,
2024. The Social Bonds will be paid in full (bullet payment) at
maturity.
