PT WIJAYA CAHAYA TIMBER TBK ANNOUNCES INTERIM DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION
FOR 2024: COMMITMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
Jakarta, November 9, 2024 — PT Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk ("the Company") is pleased to
announce its plan to distribute an Interim Dividend for the 2024 fiscal year as a token of
appreciation to its Shareholders. As additional information, earlier in the same year, specifically
on July 4, 2024, the Company also distributed a dividend of IDR 7 per share, based on the 2023
fiscal year, demonstrating the Company's consistency and commitment to delivering optimal
returns to its Shareholders.
Dividend Distribution Details
The planned Interim Dividend is IDR 3 per share, totaling a distribution of IDR 5,625,000,000.
The Financial Report as of September 30, 2024, shows a Net Assets value of IDR
309,072,315,978, well exceeding the Paid-Up Capital and Reguired Reserves.
Solid Financial Position
The Interim Dividend distribution reflects the Company's strong financial health. With a cash
surplus and positive sales growth, which is expected to reach IDR 1 trillion by the end of
November 2024 - 907 of which is derived from export sales - the Company remains well-
positioned to meet its obligations to Creditors and maintain stable operations.
Strategic Collaboration
To ensure a steady supply of logs, the Company has partnered with Perum Perhutani, the state-
owned forestry company, and continues to strengthen its efforts in seedling distribution.
Additionally, the Company has received support from Indonesia Eximbank for Export Working
Capital with a credit facility of IDR 100 billion, further strengthening its market position.
Optimism for the Future
The Company believes that this Interim Dividend distribution will enhance Shareholder confidence
and strengthen its relationship with Shareholders. The Company is committed to ongoing
innovation and growth in a competitive market.
