Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa PT Radiant
Utama Interinsco Tbk ("Perseroan") telah
menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri
Bapak Nino Fediawan Kusmedi dari jabatannya
sebagai Komisaris Independen Perseroan pada
tanggal 9 Juni 2026.

Selanjutnya, guna memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 27
POJK No. 33/2014 dan Pasal 17 ayat (6) dan
ayat (7) Anggaran Dasar Perseroan,
pengunduran diri Bapak Nino Fediawan Kusmedi
akan diajukan untuk memperoleh keputusan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Perseroan yang dijadwalkan akan
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 29 Juni 2026 atau
pada rapat lanjutan sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan

Reference is made to:

(i) Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners of
Issuers or Public Companies ("OJK
Regulation No. 33/2014"):

(ii) Financial Services Authority Regulation No.

31/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Disclosure of

Material Information or Facts by Issuers or

Public Companies ("OJK Regulation No.

31/2015"), juncto Financial Services Authority

Regulation No. 45 of 2024 concerning the

Development and Strengthening of Issuers and

Public Companies ("OJK Regulation No.

45/2024"):

(iii) Regulation No. I-E regarding Information

Disclosure Obligations as set out in the

Attachment to the Decree of the Board of

Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-

00066/BE1/09-2022 dated September 30, 2022

("Regulation I-E"), and

Articles of Association of PT Radiant Utama
Interinsco Tbk (the "Articles of
Association").

We hereby inform you that PT Radiant Utama
Interinsco Tbk (the "Company"”) received a
resignation letter from Mr. Nino Fediawan Kusmedi
resigning from his position as the Company's
Independent Commissioner on June 9, 2026.

Furthermore, in compliance with Article 27 of OJK
Regulation No. 33/2014 and Article 17 paragraphs
(6) and (7) of the Company's Articles of Association,
the resignation of Mr. Nino Fediawan Kusmedi will be
submitted to the Company's next General Meeting of
Shareholders for determination to be held on June
29, 2026, or at any adjourned meeting thereof, in
accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations
and the Company's Articles of Association.
