performance and business transformation initiatives. Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen our
business fundamentals through sustainable growth strategies, implemented through measured expansion
and enhanced productivity of existing stores, as well as innovations that remain relevant to customers’
evolving needs.”

In carrying out its expansion strategy, the Company continues to see significant growth potential in
Indonesia’s domestic economy and household needs, providing a strong foundation for sustainable business
development. As of May 2026, the Company had opened seven new AZKO stores and expanded into four new
high-potential regions across Indonesia, namely Berau in East Kalimantan, Pasuruan in East Java, Pekalongan

business fundamentals, implementation of good corporate governance, and consistent commitment to
sustainability.

In addition to focusing on business growth, the Company continues to strengthen its sustainability
commitment through the AZKO Berbagi Cahaya program, which has been running since 2017. This initiative
forms part of the Company’s contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in
supporting affordable and clean energy as well as climate action. Throughout the April–June 2026 period, the
AZKO Berbagi Cahaya program was implemented across 75 locations in Indonesia, covering residential homes,
public facilities, and elementary schools. Through this program, the Company distributed more than 26,000
AZKO energy-efficient LED lamps to over 47,000 beneficiaries across various cities in Indonesia.

The program was also carried out alongside the opening of new AZKO stores in several regions, including
Rangkasbitung, Berau, Pasuruan, and Pekalongan, through various social initiatives such as operational
support for mosques and schools, as well as environmental clean-up activities as part of the Company’s
efforts to create positive impacts for communities and the surrounding environment of its operations. “We
believe that business success is not only reflected in profitability, but also in the positive contributions and
added value the Company delivers to communities, the environment, and all stakeholders,” Gregory
concluded.

                                                                 ****
