Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk ( selanjutnya disebut
dengan SMMA ) berencana melakukan kerjasama untuk
mengeksplorasi pengembangan proyek dengan
QuantumPharm, Inc., sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan
berdasarkan hukum Hong Kong, ( selanjutnya disebut dengan
XtalPi).
XtalPi adalah perusahaan platform penelitian inovatif
yang didukung oleh kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligent/Al)
dan robotika, serta mendorong transformasi cerdas dan digital
di sektor ilmu hayati dan ilmu material. XtalPi menggabungkan
fisika kuantum, Al, komputasi awan, dan robotika skala besar
untuk menyediakan solusi, layanan, dan produk penelitian dan
pengembangan (R&D) bagi industri farmasi, bioteknologi,
energi terbarukan, dan material canggih secara global.
SMMA dan QuantumPharm, Inc sepakat untuk bersinergi dan
membentuk suatu kemitraan untuk membuat Proyek yang
berkaitan dengan Bisnis dengan mendirikan sebuah entitas
Singapura untuk mengembangkan Proyek.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau

Facts plans to engage in a collaboration to explore project
development with QuantumPharm, Inc., a company
incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, (hereinafter
referred to as XtalPi).
XtalPi is an innovative research platform company powered by
artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics, and drives intelligent and
digital transformation in the life sciences and materials science
sectors. XtalPi combines quantum physics, AI, cloud
computing, and large-scale robotics to provide research and
development (R&D) solutions, services, and products for the
pharmaceutical, biotechnology, renewable energy, and
advanced materials industries globally.
SMMA and QuantumPharm, Inc. agreed to synergize and form
a partnership to create a Business-related Project by
establishing a Singapore entity to develop the Projects.
