Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perjanjian Operasi dan Pemeliharaan antara PT Medco
Cahaya Geothermal (MCG) dan PT Medco Power Geothermal
Services (MPGS), yang keduanya merupakan anak-anak
perusahaan yang saham-sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak
langsung oleh Perseroan melalui PT Medco Power Indonesia.
MPGS menyediakan jasa Operasi dan Pemeliharaan
pembangkit untuk PLTP Blawan Ijen Tahap 1 berkapasitas
34MW yang berlokasi di Jawa Timur (PLTP Ijen) yang dimiliki
oleh MCG. Perjanjian ini berlaku hingga 6 (enam) tahun sejak
PLTP Ijen mencapai Commercial Operation Date Unit 1 yang
diperkirakan akan terlaksana pada Januari 2025
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan

Description of Material Information or Operation and Maintenance Agreement between PT Medco
Facts Cahaya Geothermal (MCG) dan PT Medco Power Geothermal
Services (MPGS), the subsidiaries which shares indirectly
owned by the Company through PT Medco Power Indonesia.
MPGS provides Operation and Maintenance service for Ijen
Geothermal Power Plant Phase 1 with the capacity of 34 MW
located in East Java (Ijen Geothermal) owned by MCG. This
Agreement will be valid for 6 (six) years after the Commercial
Operation Date of Unit 1 which is estimated to be achieved in
January 2025.
