Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Rencana Perdamaian yang diajukan oleh Perseroan
bersama-sama dengan entitas anak yaitu PT Intermedia
Capital Tbk (MDIA), PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi (CAT) dan
PT Lativi Mediakarya (LM) dalam PKPU No.13/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst telah disetujui melalui voting
oleh seluruh kreditur separatis dan kreditor konkuren yang
hadir dalam Rapat Kreditor pada tanggal 4 November 2024.
Dengan demikian skema atau mekanisme penyelesaian
kewajiban-kewajiban Perseroan dan entitas anak terkait telah
disepakati dan mengikat Perseroan dan entitas anak serta
seluruh kreditur.
2. Sidang Permusyawaratan Majelis Hakim di tanggal
yang sama (4 November 2024) menetapkan sidang dengan
agenda homologasi atas Rencana Perdamaian yang telah
disetujui tersebut pada tanggal 8 November 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan disetujuinya Rencana Perdamaian dan selesainya
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan proses restrukturisasi utang ini, maka struktur permodalan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dan entitas anak akan menjadi lebih baik, sehingga
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dapat mendukung upaya-upaya strategis pada pengembangan
Perusahaan Publik bisnis Perseroan dan entitas anak ke depan

Approval from all secured creditors and concurrent creditors on
Type of Material Information or Facts the Composition Plan in the Suspension of Debt Payment

PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. dated November 4, 2024.
Description of Material Information or 1. The Composition Plan submitted by the Company together
Facts with its subsidiaries, PT Intermedia Capital Tbk, PT Cakrawala
Andalas Televisi, and PT Lativi Mediakarya, under PKPU
No.13/Pdt.Sus PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst has been
approved through a vote by all secured and concurrent
creditors present at the Creditors Meeting on November 4,
2024. Consequently, the scheme or mechanism for fulfilling
the obligations of the Company and its subsidiaries has been
agreed upon and is binding on the Company, its subsidiaries,
and all creditors.
2. On the same date (November 4, 2024), the Panel of Judges
scheduled a hearing with the agenda of homologation for the
approved Composition Plan, which is set for November 8,
2024.
Impact of event, material information or With the approval of the Composition Plan and the completion
facts towards Issuers or Public of the debt restructuring process, the capital structure of the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company and its subsidiaries will be improved, thereby
financial condition, or going concern supporting strategic efforts for the future business
development of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Suppose there is any material information or fact that may affect the Company s business continuity, in that case
the Company will disclose such information to the public in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
